ABRS+ approved riding schools in the UK

According to Saddl's directory, there are 120 ABRS+ approved riding schools currently listed across the UK. ABRS+ (the Association of British Riding Schools) is the UK trade body dedicated to riding schools, operating its own approval scheme alongside the BHS.

ABRS+ is the trade body specifically for UK riding schools. Where the British Horse Society covers the whole equestrian world, ABRS+ focuses on the riding school as a teaching business. Its approval scheme inspects against standards comparable to the BHS Approved Centre standards, with particular emphasis on the lesson-school experience. Many strong yards hold both badges; some hold only ABRS+ because of its riding-school focus.
