About this yard

Sandwell Valley Riding Centre has been a cornerstone of equestrian provision in the West Midlands for over 35 years, operating from within the Sandwell Valley Country Park, a rare opportunity for urban riders to access horses in a natural, parkland setting. As an ABRS+ approved school, quality of instruction is central to the operation. Group and private lessons are available for children from age 4 and adults at all levels, with weekend group hacks along the valley's parkland trails for more experienced riders. Day camps run during school holidays, and the centre has a track record of catering to riders with special needs, making inclusion a genuine priority alongside the standard lesson programme. Birthday parties and school group visits are also available.
