About this yard
Comeytrowe Equestrian sits on a 50-acre family-run site at Higher Comeytrowe Farm near Taunton. The yard is BHS approved and Taunton Deane council licensed. Lessons run as 1:1 or graded group sessions across novice, intermediate and advanced bands for adults; children progress through Pony Club Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. Group jumping and flatwork lessons run Tuesday to Sunday. A 60 x 40m fibresand outdoor school and a fully lit 30 x 15m enclosed indoor school (gel and fibresand) are both available for hourly hire.

Sturdy boots with a small heel. Trainers and flat, smooth-soled shoes are not suitable for safety reasons. Check with the yard for their exact requirements.

Long hair should be tied back before putting on your hat, and jewellery removed before riding.
