Sleigh rides, horseback riding and a Christmas sauna above the Arctic Circle
A winter holiday package at Ranch Kuulas combining a Finnhorse experience (a sleigh ride or horseback ride, depending on snow conditions) with time in the stable getting to know the horses. The package includes a traditional Finnish Christmas sauna and a choice of ice swimming or an outdoor hot tub, in small groups of up to 10 guests, with scheduled transfers from Rovaniemi. Pony rides are available for younger children; the minimum age for full trail rides is 12, with sleigh rides open to the whole family. Ranch Kuulas is around 35 minutes from Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village, with minimal light pollution making it a genuine spot for aurora viewing on clear nights.
