Riding is available exclusively to hotel residents, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders as part of a stay. The centre operates a string of horses covering a full range of riding abilities.
Facilities include an outdoor arena and access to the 500-acre estate for hacking, with routes ranging from short pony trails for children to longer rides across the parkland and woodland. Rides are escorted by experienced staff who provide guidance and assistance throughout. The wider hotel grounds include several restaurants and free parking for residents. For proposals, anniversaries and other occasions worth marking, the centre also runs a dedicated Celebration Ride, a private ride for two across the estate, followed by Champagne and a Polaroid keepsake in front of the Palladian mansion. Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, from £440, for hotel residents aged 18 and over.
