Druids Lodge Polo Club
About this yard
Druids Lodge Polo Club has been based north of Salisbury since 2004, on a site that played host to some of the great horses and trainers of the pre-First World War era. Four grass polo fields, an all-weather floodlit arena, a clubhouse and stabling for up to 80 horses support a year-round programme; the club has over 100 playing members across the summer and winter seasons. The Ormerod family has built an international reputation here for coaching standards and for a string of more than 40 school ponies. Stonehenge sits within sight, just over a mile from the A303.
