About this yard
Leadenham Polo Club was founded by James Reeve in his home village of Leadenham, Lincolnshire. The first pitch was built in 2006-07 with thousands of tonnes of sand laser-levelled into the surface; irrigation was added in 2016 to keep the field playable through the summer. A 100 x 50m all-weather floodlit and netted arena was completed in 2022, allowing year-round play. Club Chukkas run Wednesday evenings at 6pm and across the weekend. Members and non-members are required to hold HPA membership to play; non-members ride at a £15 green fee per chukka on their own horses.

Long hair should be tied back before putting on your hat, and jewellery removed before riding.
