Edinburgh & Lasswade Riding Centre operates from Kevock Road in Lasswade, around 20 minutes from central Edinburgh. The yard runs around 50 horses ranging from Shetlands for the youngest riders up to 17hh, supporting lessons from age 2 (Tiny Tots on lead rein) through to advanced riders. Indoor and outdoor schools allow lessons to run year-round, with mostly off-road hacking and trekking on the doorstep. A combined half-hour lesson plus half-hour trek format is on offer for those who want both arena work and time outside.
