About this yard
Edgeworth Polo Club was established in 1990 at Field Barn, Edgeworth, in the Cotswolds north-east of Stroud. Three grass grounds (one boarded), two practice grounds, an outdoor sand school and a wooden horse support a low-goal programme with chukkas running from May to September. Coaching, pony hire and grooms accommodation are available, and the club has around 50 playing members. The setting and pace are deliberately low-key, suited to players who want quality polo without the high-goal pressure.
