About this yard

Cotswold Riding at Upper Woodhills Farm is a family-run riding school in Lower Lemington, opposite the turn off the Todenham Road from Moreton-in-Marsh. The yard relocated in 2024 from its previous 18-year home at Durhams Farm in Chastleton. Founded in 1994 by Pat and a small team, the school sits between Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Norton on 60 acres of Cotswold countryside. The new site has a floodlit outdoor school, with hacking expanding as local landowner relationships develop. Cross-country course hire (around 30 fences from 1ft 9in to 3ft) for those wanting to school their own horses. Riding lessons, hacking, Happy Hooves Riding Club and Pony Days available.
