About this yard
Danecroft Stables is a small, family-run yard at Vera Lane, Welwyn, Hertfordshire, offering DIY, full and part livery alongside riding lessons, pony days/experiences and birthday parties. It holds a 5-star local council licence, and the yard manager holds recognised horse management qualifications.
The yard works closely with Potential Kids to make riding accessible and welcoming to as many people as possible. Lessons may be rescheduled at short notice in extreme weather (heat above 27°C or high winds), assessed on a day-by-day risk basis. Block-booked lessons are paid in advance.
