Adopt a pony for a week at one of the UK's leading equestrian centres
Wellington Riding runs week-long junior riding holidays for children aged 7 to 16 at its 500-acre Hampshire estate. Each child adopts a pony for the week, with daily lessons covering flatwork, jumping and ride-outs, plus grooming, tack care and stable management. Residential cabin accommodation is available, with 24-hour adult supervision from DBS-checked supervisors with childcare experience and First Aid certification. Day attendance also offered. Riders must be registered and graded via the EC Pro booking system before booking.

Wake 7.30am, breakfast 8am, prepare ponies 9am, three ridden sessions through the day with stable management lecture mid-morning, lunch 12pm, tack clean and turnout 4pm, dinner 5pm, evening activities, lights out 9.30pm (earlier for younger children).
