About this yard
Pencoed College Equestrian Centre (Bridgend College, Pencoed campus) is a BHS-approved equine centre in South Wales, offering vocational equestrian training courses and qualifications for enrolled students alongside genuine public access via events, arena hire and BHS exams. The centre regularly hosts local riding club shows, clinics, dressage competitions and showjumping events open to all, and its indoor and outdoor arenas are available for private hire to individuals or groups.
Facilities include a spacious indoor arena, a floodlit outdoor arena, stabling for up to 30 horses, and a dedicated cross-country course. Pencoed College also hosts Bridgend County RDA, a local Riding for the Disabled Association group.
