About this yard
Pembrokeshire Riding Centre is a BHS-approved riding school and livery yard at Pennybridge Farm near Hundleton in Pembrokeshire. It offers riding holidays, hacking in the Pembrokeshire National Park, livery, and horse riding tuition for all levels. Established in 1985, gaining BHS and ABRS approval the following year. A 60m x 40m indoor arena with American barn-style stables was built in 1988, allowing year-round riding regardless of weather. A hydrotherapy pool and sauna are available to riders and other members of the public. Access to the Castlemartin range bridleway offers some of the fastest, most scenic riding in the county.

Sturdy boots with a small heel. Trainers and flat, smooth-soled shoes are not suitable for safety reasons. Check with the yard for their exact requirements.
Close-fitting, weather-appropriate clothes. Shoulders and legs should be covered, and waterproofs are worth having for outdoor lessons. Check with the yard if you are unsure.
Long hair should be tied back before putting on your hat, and jewellery removed before riding.
