Nolton Stables is located in the small coastal village of Nolton, inside the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the only coastal national park in Britain. The stables have been sharing this landscape with riders for over forty years, with a herd of more than 60 horses and ponies covering all sizes and experience levels.
Four beaches are within a two-mile hack of the stables. The main beach for riding is Druidstone Haven, a quiet cove only accessible by footpath and bridleway, reached via a short trek across the stables' own fields. When the tide is in, the route takes in the woodland valley instead. Experienced riders can gallop in the surf; beginners trek along the sand. A private wooded valley running through the farm provides a sheltered, wildlife-rich alternative route.
Day visitors are welcome with advance booking. Riding holidays are available with accommodation in the 14th-century Glebe House Bed and Breakfast or in self-catering cottages on the farm. Packages range from two-day weekends to full week stays. All rides are accompanied.
