Hill Top Farm Stables is an ABRS+ Approved Riding School and Livery Yard in Chadderton, Greater Manchester, a welcoming, multi-disciplinary equestrian centre offering lessons, livery and inclusive equine experiences. Opened by Nicola Dransfield in May 2015. Lessons run from toddlers aged 2-4 through to adults, in one-to-one or small groups, with training available for those bringing their own horse.

What to wear

Sturdy boots with a small heel. Trainers and flat, smooth-soled shoes are not suitable for safety reasons. Check with the yard for their exact requirements.

Long hair should be tied back before putting on your hat, and jewellery removed before riding.
