Bradley Mill Riding Centre at Bradley Mill Farm in Wylam-on-Tyne has run since 1981, serving riders for over 35 years. Children's and adult riding lessons in a rural setting just inside Northumberland on the south bank of the Tyne. Convenient for visitors basing in Newcastle (12 miles away) but wanting riding in a country setting rather than the city. The yard is run as a riding school with stabling, dressage and saddlery services available. Specialist children's lessons run in private and group format on well-schooled ponies, alongside one-to-one adult lessons on a centre horse or your own. Good local hacking is complemented by picnic rides and gymkhanas through the year.
