Avon Riding Centre (operating as Avon Riding Club) is the only BHS-approved riding school in Bristol and a registered charity. Commercial riding fees support the centre's charitable work. The yard holds a graded booking system, new riders complete an assessed lesson before joining a group.

Current prices: Assessment (45min) £40; Group lesson (1hr, max 5 riders) £49.50; Private lesson (45min) £66; BHS Pony Stars Saturday session (1hr ridden + 1hr stable management) £60; School holiday pony day £70.
