About this yard
Anglesey Riding Centre is a BHS-approved and Pony Club riding centre on the Isle of Anglesey, also holding the RDA Accessibility Mark for inclusive riding. Based near Dwyran with views across to the sea, it offers lessons for all abilities, livery, and beautiful coastal and countryside hacking. The only RDA centre on Anglesey.

Half-hour lead rein from £13.50pp (min age 4). Indoor lessons from £21 (1 person, group discounts available). Weight limit 15 stone. Beach rides available at Abermenai sands for competent riders.

A hat to a current recognised safety standard. Requirements can vary, so check with the yard before you ride.
Sturdy boots with a small heel. Trainers and flat, smooth-soled shoes are not suitable for safety reasons. Check with the yard for their exact requirements.
Close-fitting, weather-appropriate clothes. Shoulders and legs should be covered, and waterproofs are worth having for outdoor lessons. Check with the yard if you are unsure.
Long hair should be tied back before putting on your hat, and jewellery removed before riding.
