Beach and dune rides are seasonal and not available July to September, when the beach is managed for public use. The best months are October through June, including spring and early summer evening rides in May and June.
Do I need to be an experienced rider?
The Heathland Ride is available to most abilities. Beach, Dune, Old Harry Rocks and Forest rides have experience requirements, contact the stables to confirm what level each ride requires before booking.
How do I book?
All rides require advance booking. Email via the contact form on the website. The stables experience high demand and recommend booking well ahead, especially for beach and dune rides in spring.
What about the Horse B&B?
The stables offer overnight stabling for visitors who want to bring their own horse and explore the area independently. Contact directly for current availability and rates.
